Street with a view

Love this project by artists Robin Hewlett & Ben Kinsley. It's Wes Anderson meets Conflux meets... OK we'll stop with the mash-up analogies.
"Street With A View introduces fiction, both subtle and spectacular, into the doppelganger world of Google Street View."
First, some stills of various scenarios going on along one street:

The final result, see for yourself on Google Maps:

There's also a sword fight going on! - can you find it?

Lace-up Ankle Boots

It's definitely nostalgia for the nineties we're feeling. A simple, flat pair from our youth is actually hard to come by these days. The A.P.C. version (above) is a beauty but also $480. We have had no luck in thrift stores or eBay.

Lo and behold, we ended up locating the perfect pair by a brand called Fitzwell on Zappos for $69, and managed to snag one of the last black pairs. (There's still a size 6 left in brown!)

LEMON & HONEY

This is our first go-to remedy for an imminent cold. Here's the recipe:

1 mug hot water
Juice from half a lemon
1 overflowing tablespoon of honey

Combine. Mix well. Sip slowly. Repeat every few hours.
